Integrity Assessments

Integrity Assessments (IA) is a company dedicated to increasing integrity in the workplace. Utilizing pre-employment screening procedures and organizational trainings, IA’s mission is to contribute to an emerging higher standard of organizational and personal integrity throughout the business world.

First and foremost, IA utilizes a pre-employment screening measure, the Work Attitudes Inventory (WAI), to assist with the selection of the strongest employees. The WAI evaluates several critical areas related to performance in the workplace, with the extra feature of a unique covert method of assessing the individual’s level of workplace honesty and integrity.

	Unlike any other self-report measure on the market, the WAI has five separate validity measures to assess the extent to which an individual may be distorting or exaggerating their responses.
	As a result the report generated via online administration reflects a far greater degree of accuracy of the individual’s true behavior and aptitude in the workplace

All reports include a profile of the individual’s functioning across 12 key areas in employee functioning as well as follow-up interview questions to assist the hiring resource professional to assemble a high-performing high integrity workforce.
Training and development programs are also available that focus on both the individual and organizational systems to promote and elevate integrity in the workplace.
